“Reaching out and sharing God’s love”

We are a group of Christians living in Nidderdale, North Yorkshire.

Loving people

We seek to welcome others, from the youngest to the oldest, all are shown hospitality, encouraged and provided for. We try to be good listeners, we want to love, respect and serve them.

‘May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other and everyone one else’ 1 Thessalonians 3:12

Bible-saturated people

We delight in the Bible as God’s authoritative word to the world, it is our tool to grow in faith and maturity and to discover His blessings and the transformation He brings to our lives, our church, and our world.

‘Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path’ Psalm 119:105

Sharing people

We see ourselves as a family of people drawn together by God to follow as he leads. We seek to live out God’s truth and love, and to walk alongside one another in all seasons.

‘In Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others’
Romans 12:5

Spirit-dependent people

In all things we seek to know and honour Christ Jesus as our Lord. We celebrate the work of the Holy Spirit that is building us up as a community and is enabling us to grow in love for God, for each other, and for the world.

‘Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom’
2 Corinthians 3:17
